Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Development

Unemployment has become a national problem in Bangladesh. To create skilled manpower and sustainable employment opportunities for the youth, MLAF’s vocational training institute is providing technical knowledge on “Farm Management and Primary Treatments of Livestock” to the young people of different communities. This program aims to reduce the mortality of farm animals, increase the livestock population, and improve the income levels and nutritional status of the farm families as well.

This program has had a great impact on the community, such as decreasing unemployment, reducing the malpractice of unskilled village doctors, and reducing the economic losses of poor farmers.
